Kelia was born into the noble Baratheon House at Storm’s End to father, ________ Baratheon, and mother, ________ Baratheon. She is the youngest sister to Ramsii Baratheon, Lord of Storm’s End after the passing of their father during a battle. As a child, she was a precocious girl who was always getting into everything, from snooping through the Maester’s books to wandering alone through the lands around Storm’s End. She was Ramsii’s second shadow and followed him everywhere, even trying to wield a sword or bow as he did though both he and their father frowned upon it. It was not an uncommon sight to find the septa giving chase to the dark-haired girl as she ran from her lessons and training to be a proper young lady. As she started to grow into a tall, lithe beauty, her father thought it best to send her away from the appraising eyes of possible suitors, and he shipped her off to House Stark as their ward. Upon word of her father’s death, Kelia returned home to Storm’s End to help her beloved brother and his wife.

In typical Baratheon fashion, Kelia is tall with raven hued tresses that fall to her waist. She has piercing emerald grey eyes, and a gregarious personality. She is well-educated, but lacks the political prowess most seem to have. The politics of Westeros and its many houses do not interest her. She is young and carefree, more concerned with tournaments, feasts, and dancing. She is usually sweet-tempered, but can be quick to anger, especially when she feels that she has been wronged in some way or that what she deems “hers” is called into question. Like her father, she can be stubborn and hard-headed, and this has led to some memorable encounters between her and her family or anyone else. She was raised to take pride in her family’s home, and she will defend it, her family, and anything else important to her until her last breath.
